Creating daring food packaging feels to me like the ultimate designer’s dream. Walking down an aisle of a shop and seeing your work beautifully displayed has to be an amazing feeling. And when I look at this honey concept by Maksim Arbuzov, it makes me wonder why these aren’t in every super market in the world.
Maksim has done an incredible job of distilling the honey back to it’s essential form, letting the honey itself do the talking. No cutesy bear packaging needed, the hexagonal form harkens back to the core idea of where the honey comes from. It also feels high end and totally natural, there’s nothing but natural honey in this bottle. It’s a shame that this is only a concept.
Natural forms is the best way to show naturalness of product. You need to have only form that to understand what is inside of package. Honey must looks as honey. That is why this package is so simple and clean. You have to enjoy the smell and taste of Honey. Nothing more should not bother you.
