New York based designer Dan Blackman has created some really strong branding for the new bar Punch House. which is located in in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. The design is straightforward in it’s execution, using the shape of the bar itself to craft a unique identity that ties into the fact that the bar is actually in the basement of Thalia Hall, which was built in 1892.
I love that Dan was able to translate his work into white neon as well, which is one of my personal favorite things to see. It really doesn’t get cooler than white neon. To see more examples from the project you can click here.
