I’m so extremely impressed by the work of London illustrator Jack Hughes. It’s hard to pin down exactly what Jack’s style is, but you could certainly describe it as sexy, mysterious and colorful. What’s so interesting is that most of the characters in his work feature a dark, almost charcoal colored skin which does two things: Make you feel like you can imagine yourself in their shoes, and it puts an emphasis on the clothing, the drinks, and the environment around them. And as you can see in the image above, Jack’s eye for pleasing color palettes is unrivaled. You can see much more of Jack’s work on his newly redesigned portfolio by clicking here.
