I think there are few people as talented as Alex Trochut when it comes to typography design. Most of the time his type is completely experimental, flowing like liquid gold or seemingly made up of random sticks. It’s quite fitting then that he would have his own book called More Is More, named for his own personal work philosophy. The book weighs in at 288 pages and covers everything from his inspirations to his process from initial idea to finished piece.
The flashiest part of the book though has to be the cover, which looks ordinary enough, but is actually covered in phosphorescent ink, so it glows in the dark. As you can see above it’s a pretty great effect, and certainly speaks to Alex’s creativity. Check out the video for a preview, and to grab yourself a copy click here.
