‘XYZ Axis,’ A New Exhibit by Matt W. Moore

When Matt W. Moore sends me news of new work he’s created it takes a lot of effort not to write about it. He’s an artist that plays to all the things I love in art – bright ass colors and interesting compositions. So when I saw his new show, titled XYZ Axis, I knew I had to post these images. The show is currently on display at YES Cincinnati and runs until May 25, 2011. He’s creted 15 new canvas pieces, all made with just spray paint, as well as a “Monster Mural” which he put up at 1418 Clay Street in honor of the show. One day I definitely need to buy a piece from Matt so that I can look at his art every day.
