I’m a big fan of Kristoffer Borgli’s work, I honestly post most of the stuff he sends me. A big reason I like his work is that he tends to take the rather mundane, usually something concerning ordinary, suburban living, and twists it on it’s head. In his video for the Casiokids song En Vil Hest, you have this odd kid who ends up having some kind of exorcism, or in his video for Serena-Maneesh, it’s a beautiful young couple kidnapping a young boy who might be alien. Every time he manages to bring some extra spice and flavor to an ordinary scenario.

In his newest short film he was tapped by the F5Fest. It’s called JEG FORVENTER INGEN (I Expect No One), and features a young woman in her home. I don’t really want to describe it all because it’s so short that there’s not point. Just sit back and watch, there’s a great AHA! moment in there, followed by an OH SHIT! moment. Great work from Kristoffer, yet again.
