Deconcrete‘s tag line is “everyday urbanisms without architects’ architectures.” Edited by architect Daniel Fernandez Pascual, Deconcrete looks at a variety of conditions that may interest the architecturally-minded, from ancient walls made of animal horns to specular reflections in London. One of the stranger things you’ll find on Deconcerete is Mycotecture: small structures made from bricks… bricks grown from fungi by artist Phil Ross.

Pascual was also involved with Project Sky, a project where artist Alvaro Urbano walked around congested cities with a mirror strapped to his back that reflected the sky for folks walking behind him. (Alvaro’s website will delight anyone who’s had the joy of riding a bike on cobblestone.)
