JAMBOX by Jawbone

The first and last Bluetooth headset I bought was a Jawbone, the tiny yet artistic earpiece that not only functioned amazingly but looked beautiful at the same time. They’ve taken the same idea and applied it to their new product titled JAMBOX, a boombox for the 21st century. Shaped kind of like a giant LEGO block, you can connect to the JAMBOX via Bluetooth or a 3.5mm stereo input, though clearly playing music wirelessly is way more cool. It also comes in 4 different colors to match your style or preference.

It’s pretty astounding that they got all of that stuff into a tiny brick that’s 6″ long by 2.25″ wide and only 1.5″ high. I think it’s also important to mention that it weighs less than a pound. I think this would be so easy to travel with, I would definitely throw one of these in my backpack just in case I needed it. The folks over at fuseproject, who designed the Jawbone as well, created this object as well and I feel like you have to give them a hand for creating such a unique design. Yves Behar and his cohorts continue to innovate and make unique projects that are almost the opposite of Apple, and that’s a good thing.
