Last month my buddy Marco Zamora had a show in sunny Barcelona at Miscelanea called Sensory Overload and from the photos it looks like it was a really great show. The pieces continue his work with heavy, stark black and white illustrations of city culture such as kids on bikes, homeless people as well as giant mounds of trash. This is offset though by intense, random splashes of colors that hide just underneath the surfaces of the pieces. My takeaway is that there’s beauty in everything, but I suggest you make your own opinion of his art. Nice work, Marco.
