MARS!
June 10, 2010 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Illustration & VideoKingston University graduates Jack Cunningham and Joe Bichard sent me this rad video they made which is about human exploration of Mars simply called MARS! The video has this great retro, 8-bit feeling to it but with a contemporary twist that shows the potential of what humans might do once they get to the big red planet. This looks like something Friends With You! might make, and in some ways reminds me of Katamari Damacy for some reason. Anyhow, I think the animation style is pretty wonderful, it’s a really nice blend of styles that give it a unique feeling.

If you've got something to say, keep it positive.The video is just lovely, so are the colors. To think that Cameron spent millions trying to deliver the same idea, but with blue creatures and, of course, 3D
