Way cool! It definitely raises the question, how much assisted sensory stimulation is too much? Where do we draw the line and can a line truly be drawn if each newer generation has a baseline far in excess of our own.

I hope nothing like this ever comes to light…

I can relate… two things, though: first, it’d have to be through some kind of glasses, so you can “opt out” any time. We won’t discuss direct brain stimulation :-)

Second, I was trying to find my audiophile quality headphones today to listen to the new Pat Metheny album and couldn’t find them. It would be cool if (like the skim milk in the fridge) the display could find it for me and guide me there…
