Åse Holte
January 25, 2010 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Photography

Good morning, I hope you’ve had a nice weekend. I thought it would be nice to start out the day with some photos from photographer Åse Holte who took the photos for the new Kings of Convenience album Declaration of Dependence. It’s a really wonderful album and the photos definitely caught my eye. I love the colors and playfulness of the photos, plus it doesn’t hurt that they’re two handsome guys (though I’m on team Erlend).
You can see more photos from her shoot by clicking here. While you’re there be sure to check out the photos she did for The New Wine as well, those pool shots are spectacular.

If you've got something to say, keep it positive.Beautiful pictures indeed. Erlend looks like a beautiful version of Woody Allen.
Ditto on Erlend love. These are beautiful.

the photographer’s name is pretty strange…is it pronounced assholed??
Okay, I know this post is old, but I had to come back and give you a great big “Thank you” for introducing me to this band. These pictures made me check out their music, and I knew two seconds into a thirty-second sample that they were exactly my taste in music. They’ve been top-of-my-playlist for over a month now, so I thought I’d take a moment to thank you for the introduction :)
Keep posting!
