Last night I was browsing the architecture section at Hennesy + Ingalls when I came across this adorable little apartment simply called 63.02º designed by Jo Nakamara and Schemata Architecture Office. The name comes from the angle of the front of the house which is positioned so the resident can take in the sight of the city as well as the next door neighbors cherry tree.
Other then that the apartment is pretty minimal (or empty, depending upon your point of view). Would it be difficult to live there? Probably. Does the idea of having basically now stuff at all cluttering your house interest me? Absolutely. Imagine how much work you could get done here!
