@ Bobby. About The Swell Season’s new album its just amazing, just hear the very first track called Low rising, just beautiful. And I agree with Simon about the Tegan & Sara album, a great one.

Two albums I really loved this past week:

CFCF – Continent
Pearl and the Beard – God Bless Your Weary Soul, Amanda Richardson

The new Tegan & Sara album has also been great, but yeah – those two albums are my biggest recommendations at the moment.

Nice music you’re all listening. I like them all.

I am revisiting some nineties. Mostly ambient works and techno. One track that really surprises me it’s “Life’s a Gas” by Wolfgang Voigt – I find it emotional and makes me remember the deep love i felt in the past (will i get more? cry…) :D Here and there some old Beck “crap”, Pavement and etceteras

@Tony – Monsters of Folk is an amazing album, definitely one of my favorites of the year.

@Chipotle – Is that Swell Season album any good? I just keep thinking about their dumb performance on the Academy Awards or something from a while back.

St. Vincent – Still in love with Actor
The Tough Alliance – Sincerely Yours label, automatic favorite
Twin Sister – a band that graduated from my college here at SUNY Purchase north of NYC. Incredibly talented and young individuals, they will go far.
