This is most definitely the way of the future. I envisage a world were people have an ultra light, single seat electric car to commute to work, and a larger, yet light electric car for family use. You'd go down to your local car pool to hire a heavier vehicle if you needed it.

Yet that's still an ideal future. Hopefully all these concepts don't get forgotten as they so often do in favour of conventional gas guzzlers.

This tiny vehical is an absolute masterpiece! This is what Americans everywhere are craving and needing. The problem with it selling here is greedy people with money to invest in dealerships want the biggest profits possible. It is ridiculous to mark this car up by 10,000 dollars of profit, but the big boys can easily hide that $10k in a full size car or truck and get away with it. American consumers have begged for the basics here but can't get them.

this looks like a really great economy car, very basic, and space to go on a nice weekend road trip. but, that being said, its not a truck. i seriously doubt its ability to carry anything more than a surfboard or two. in terms of trucks bigger is better, this is a unibody design that couldn't handle much weight.

i absolutely love the interior though, its so simple. a great "back to basics" vehicle.
