Christian Borstlap

Danish Dutch designer Christian Borstlap sent me an email with some images of a set of national stamps he’s created that benefit children. The images on the stamps are totally adorable and make me jealous that the U.S. doesn’t have stamps like these. My favorite is the one where the squiggle people are all standing around the book reading it. Too much awesomeness.

If you've got something to say, keep it positive.ohhhh these are fantastic!
yes. very awesome indeed. Great concept of a donation combined with the price of a stamp, and brilliantly concieved!! I love the little stamp offcuts on the left hand side too!
I didn’t see them yet, but they’re indeed awesome. But Christian Borstlap is Dutch instead of Danish, isn’t he? This kind of stuff makes me proud to be a dutchman.
@Joris-Jan – Yep, you’re totally right, thanks for catching that.
Haha, Borstlap means something like Breast Beef in Dutch ;)
But I think I will buy these stamps when I see them, they are very nice.
Ha, glad to be living in the NL! I’ll try to find them at my post station later today x)
