Gypsum Skull Sculpture by Michael Leon
September 7, 2009 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Design & Illustration

Michael Leon just updated his site with a bunch of new work including these amazing skull sculpturs, 3D versions of his iconic skull with sunglasses drawings. These puppies were made with the help of Bob Kronabuer, who I remember from back in the day when he did those Crownfarmer t-shirts. They also got Mike over at Furni to help with the final production molds.
I think these looks totally sweet, and at only $250 a piece they really aren’t that expensive. I think I love the all white more than the black. I like being able to see all the details in the skulls. I’d also suggest reading this little interview that Michael did with SlamxHype that also talks about the production of these beauties.
