The Unknown Hipster

August 24, 2009 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Art & Illustration

I was reading Garance Doré’s blog yesterday when I came across this post she did concerning The Unknown Hipster, the suave, globetrotting alter ego of French illustrator Jean-Philippe Delhomme. I’ve definitely seen Delhomme’s illustrations before, but I love the idea of someone illustrating an entire blog entry instead of using photos, for example. I think his style is quite amazing, there’s something so spontaneous and exciting about his paintings that really draw me in.

For more of an in-depth look at Mr. Delhomme’s work, click here for an interview he did with Interview Magazine.
