New Images from Destroy Rock City

August 4, 2009 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Art & Illustration

Destroy Rock City, also known as Lee MIsenheimer, has been in my bookmarks for I can’t tell you how long, but it had been quite a while since he had lasted updated his portfolio site, which I thought was weird. So I decided to do a little digging, nothing fancy, but I was able to come up with a new Flickr site that Lee has been updating somewhat regularly since the beginning of July.

They definitely look like his traditional style of doing things, intense amounts of lines that make up his fantastic work. But it’s just nice to see that he’s still working and creating beautiful stuff. Check under the cut for a couple more images.

  1. These remind me of Where The Wild Things Are…

  2. I was a big fan of his for a while too and then he dropped off the face of the earth. Did some internet digging a while ago and found his twitter with links to new work. Absolutely amazing artist/designer extraordinaire!

  3. Cool. Always wondered what happened to him. Glad he’s still making good works!
