The Walls Are Coming Down by Fanfarlo
I’ve been listening to Fanfarlo’s newest album Reservoir for a couple day shy of a month now, and it still continues to impress me. Fanfarlo is a 5 piece band from London who I heard about through Sigur Rós in some way. The album is pop-y with lots of different instruments sprinkled throughout. I can definitely see the album ending up on my Top 10 of year, simply because every song on the album sounds like it could be a single.
I’ve posted Ghost and The Walls Are Coming Down above for you all to hear, I think it gives a good idea of just how talented these folks are. Hopefully they continue to make incredible music and hopefully pop back into Los Angeles soon for a concert.
