His use of simple shapes and lines reminds me of one of my favorite design books, Molly Bang's <i>Picture This</i>. I'm not a designer, but I appreciate design and I love that book. It's so simple and so eye-opening. It made me look at images in a new way. I teach, and I've have used <i>Picture This</i> (along with Robin Williams' <i>Non-Designers Design Book</i>) to teach the basics of design to PR students. I like it.
