Juergen Teller Exhibit at De Hallen Haarlem
December 15, 2008 - By Bobby Solomon - Category: Photography

I have a little photo boner for Jeurgen Teller, I’ve posted about him and his work several times on here. So getting to post about his upcoming exhibit at the De Hallen Haarlem is quite a joy. The exhibit is a partial continuation from his previous show Märchenstüberl, and features a lot of beautiful but weird images. There’s Bjork with plates of black spaghetti looking like something out of a Japanese horror flick. Or there’s William Eggleston playing piano in a dark parking lot at night, which is just frigging beautiful.
Wallpaper has more photos from the show so be sure to check them out.

If you've got something to say, keep it positive. This is so great, I knew there was a good reason to live in Holland for a year and now I’ve found it.
Thanks for the pointer, although I’m getting strange deja vu that I’ve seen a similar post but on a different blog.
Gaahhh I’m vexed that this is happening so far from me. Please enjoy it enough for me as well (I’m sure you will)!
Photo boner.
It was brilliant, I took two visiting friends and the doorman only made us pay €2.50. The gallery is in a really great space and everything was well spaced out. I was left wanting more though, which can only be a good thing.
