Since today is my birthday, I figure that I should give all of you readers a present, which is kind of backwards, but whatever. One of the best things I think I can give you all is a mix, so here you go! It’s called All That’s Left Are Words, One Breath, and is actually mix I’ve had kicking around since I first moved down to LA almost 3 years ago. It was inspired by an idea I had for a short film, something about a young guy who ends up feeling detached from people his age, so he starts hanging out with old people. Well, that was the idea at least. It’s a pretty somber mix, but I think it’s quite beautiful, and I hope you all like.

01 Regret by The Robot Ate Me
02 Tahquamenon Falls by Sufjan Stevens
03 The Mutineer by Mojave 3
04 A Small Setback To A Great Comeback by Her Space Holiday
05 Lately by The Robot Ate Me
06 Kaskaskia River by Sufjan Stevens
07 Everyone Was Still by The Robot Ate Me
08 Redford (For Yia-Yia & Pappou) by Sufjan Stevens
09 Interlude by The Robot Ate Me
10 The Backseat by Oh No! Oh My!

Also I just wanted to say thank you for all my birthday wishes, you all are some amazingly devoted readers and it really means a lot to me that you guys are so rad, so thanks!

Bobby

    Hey KN!!! You rock!

I just wanted to say that i love the mixtapes, but i love the covers even MORE!!!

By the way…you put the wrong link.
the link you put was you sharing folder instead of just the mixtape…I don’t know if you wanted it that way or just if you made a mistake like i do with mediafire all the time…

    Keep the designing coming!

Great design. Great tune architecture. Mixtaping is an art, and you exhibit a mastery of the form. Thanks for sharing.
