Elliott Smith / New Moon

Elliott Smith / New Moon

Rappers aren’t the only one’s who release albums from the grave. Elliott Smith’s posthumous release, New Moon, is a beautiful two disc release of songs recorded between 1994 and 1997, the time when he was recording Elliott Smith and Either/Or.
New Moon is made up of rare and unreleased material, but still sound just as great as his albums do. Everything was mixed by Larry Crane, the archivist for Elliott Smith’s estate.
If you’re an Elliott Smith fan at all, this is definitely something you’d be interested in.
