Homaro Cantu is this crazy food genius, who takes all preconceived notions about food and flips it around 360º. He talks about printing out food and putting it into magazines, how lasers are better than ovens, and how we need to start making changes in the kitchen when it comes to technology.

My favorite part of the article:

He also introduced me to Nabaztag/tag, which he uses in his kitchen!
